Stephen Salvia leads the engineering and administration of platforms that track the health and performance of infrastructure and applications. He also directs external website development, guiding everything from architecture and design to integration and analytics. Through his work in application management and business operations, Stephen ensures systems run reliably and efficiently across the organization.

Sean O’Neal drives the end-to-end technology operations that keep the organization running seamlessly around the clock. From real-time monitoring and incident response to managing the 24/7 Digital Operations Center, he ensures every system performs at its best. With responsibility for both application and financial systems support, Sean focuses on maintaining the stability, reliability, and performance of critical platforms and infrastructure. His leadership in change and release management delivers timely, low-risk implementations that both strengthen operational resilience and elevate the client experience.

Lynsay Hannah is responsible for leading the Essentials application management and support teams. Her teams have experience in operating, managing, and supporting financial applications. These teams understand how applications operate, provide administration of applications, and report on application performance and financial health and return on investment.

Jeff Street leads the Essentials 24/7 Digital Operations Center, where he oversees real-time monitoring, alerting, and response to outages and incidents. Under his leadership, the teams maintain a continuously active collaboration environment that ensures rapid triage and resolution of technology disruptions, latency, and performance challenges across the enterprise. His focus on operational excellence and innovation drives reliability and resilience across all critical business systems.
