Chuck Wilmot is responsible for delivering all services
that directly impact the end user. These services include
technical helpdesk support, Microsoft* Office 365
administration and engineering, cybersecurity, and voice
and video collaboration.
Brian Ansel develops and delivers best-in-class risk management solutions including operational resilience, business continuity, technology disaster recovery, and crisis management solutions. He's focused on helping companies strengthen their risk posture with emerging technology.
Ahmad Nafiseh manages the cloud, database, applications, and windows server teams. In this role he is the primary leader for implementing and maintaining Amazon Web Services ✝ and Microsoft* Azure Cloud hosting platforms. Additionally, his teams deliver Oracle®, Microsoft* SQL Server, Windows Server, and other datacenter managed and professional services.
Pamela McClinton leads the Essentials Linux administration, networking, and contact center professional and managed services delivery teams. Her teams are proficient in Red Hat® Enterprise Linux®, Cisco✝✝, Progress® OpenEdge®, and both Talkdesk® and NICE® inContact CXOne.
Michael Lefand delivers cyber security professional and managed services. Primarily leveraging the Cisco✝✝ suite of cybersecurity tools, his team is trained and experienced in defending and responding to the latest threats and attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Steve Salvia is responsible for engineering and administering the platforms that monitor infrastructure and application health, performance, throughput, and all other telemetry key performance indicators. Additionally, his teams engineer and track job management solutions for file transfer, data extraction transactions and loads, and any other automated job tasks. His teams have expertise in DynaTrace®, Sumo Logic®, and Control-M® platforms.
Sean O'Neal leads the Essentials 365/24/7 digital
operations center that monitors and responds to outages
and incidents in real time. His teams manage a constantly
open collaboration system for immediate triage and
resolution of technology failures, latency, or performance
issues.
Lynsay Hannah is responsible for leading the Essentials application management and support teams. Her teams have experience in operating, managing, and supporting financial applications. These teams understand how applications operate, provide administration of applications, and report on application performance and financial health and return on investment.
Pete Stansky leads the Essentials team of data analysts and administrators. He maintains Essentials' Snowflake environment, jobs, and visualization tools. Working collaboratively with our sister company Xpanse, these teams can deliver end-to-end data platforms leveraging best-in-class, cloud-based technologies.
